Inside, the open-concept layout features a bright chef’s kitchen, cozy living area with smart TV, and three comfortable bedrooms—two with king beds and one with twin beds. The den offers extra sleeping space, and the kitchen workstation helps you stay connected if needed.
The spacious primary suite includes an ensuite bath, walk-in closet, reading nook, and direct pool access. After a beach day, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind with dinner by the lake.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you have complete access to the entire home, including the 2-car garage. The private pool and covered patio are all yours to enjoy at any time. You’ll also have access to the Crown Pointe community amenities—take advantage of the pool, gym, sauna, pickleball courts, tennis courts.
Interactions with Guests:
Five days before your arrival, we will send you a link to a digital guidebook filled with all the information you need for a seamless stay—everything from checking in and home essentials to local dining, activities, and insider tips to make the most of your Naples getaway. Other details to note:
- Crown Pointe East Homeowners Association requires guests to complete an Application and provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to check-in.
- The HOA rules prohibit parking recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers in the driveway. Commercial vehicles may not be parked overnight.
- By booking, you acknowledge the pool is not enclosed by childproof gates or alarms, and usage is at your own risk.

This was our 2nd year and we stayed for 2 weeks, and again we weren't disappointed. The Grandkids were with us one of the weeks. Had a wonderful time!! NO negatives and the host is very accommodating and responsive to questions. The community is great and the location perfect. Close to shopping, beaches, and restaurants. Highly recommend! We'll be back next year!!

A beautiful home; super clean; well appointed; private pool with dining area; work space; comfortable beds; well stocked kitchen; quiet, friendly neighborhood; very nice pickleball and tennis courts; large community pool, nice fitness center; easy access to Publix, restaurants, beaches. My dream vacation home in Naples
It’s my third time staying in this beautiful house!!! I consider this house as my second home in Naples! House is beautiful and always clean, has everything that you need for perfect vacation doesn’t matter if you want to spend your time by yourself, with family or friends! There is enough space for everyone! Host is amazing always responsive and nice ,trying to make your stay even more pleasant! I highly recommend to all visitors! We were five people who loved this perfectly located well-laid out home. Walkable to clubhouse with nice pool and great sauna. Everything we needed was here - great appliances, electronics, pool, chairs - it was all wonderdul! Can’t wait to return!

Best location to be in Naples
Sovanita house has everything you need to create a relaxing atmosphere with 2 families. We had 3 girls and 2 boys between 2 couples and the girls took the room with 2 beds and the boys took the extra room with a pull out couch and TV. Parents have their own room both with king sized beds! The pool with lanai was perfect for late night swims without mosquitoes and we saw a bald eagle in rear with the lake view one day. All recommended restaurants were delicious and there are a ton of mom and pop places along the way. Kellys Shell Shack was a cool shop for gifts and Tin City was nearby with icecream and other shops. Lowdermilk beach is close and had restrooms and a small place under the picnic shelter to order food. I definitely recommend this place. We felt safe, the neighborhood is friendly and there are sidewalks to go for a walk or run. No regrets :)
